Question My laptop is very slow after formating

I suppose it has to do something with the graphics card, before having to format my laptop a while back because it was stuck in a restart loop error from windows it could run most games smoothly. Now after trying many methods to boost my fps with no result i remembered about the update that could be done on the drivers, i tried to do so both on nvidia geforce experience but also from the device manager but it crashed the whole computer and windows did a restart, can i do something on my own or do i need to have it fixed from someone experienced?

i am not sure where to see it and yes, i tried to update my drivers but as i said it just crashed and windows had it restarted
