I was doing pretty poorly as goalkeeper during a couple matches so I went and did the workshop training, and it was extremely helpful.
I was goofing around and went in and did the training. Then I went to my mouse software and made a couple of goalkeeper macros. I have buttons on the left and right of the mouse (the sides), so I did <ctrl><a><space> on the left button and the right dive on the right button. Went back in and did the training again, and that worked much better for me. Instead of having to hit 3 keys, I just had to hit one mouse button, either the left or the right.

Still been absolutely enamored with Kingdom Come 2. It's one of the rare games that I'm very happy to have spent $60 on it (for the Gold edition or whatever. Still got it on sale), because I'm glad to support the studio, especially after having received and loved the first game for free (In fact, the only money I spent on EGS was for the KCD DLC, just because I wanted to support the Devs...then I later bought the Gold edition on Steam anyway). Not much else to say, other than it's a lovely game and really reminds me of playing Gothic back in the day, where it feels like something totally different from what I'm used to and actually feels like a proper world.

Been also getting my laptop in shape for my trip. I finally replaced the battery, which I've had sitting on my desk for a month or two now and just finished the calibration on it this morning, but having said that, I noticed my left hand speaker sounding a bit tinny. Squeezing the case resolves the issue, so I went and took a look at it this morning and the left hand side screw for the cover plate is stripped, the screw will not grab at all; that's unfortunate, given there's some pillars on the cover plate that help push the speaker down and keep it in place and stop it from vibrating the case as I was hearing.

However, it's nothing a little bit of hot glue won't solve, apparently. I added two little dabs of hot glue to the little stands the speaker sits on and things seem to be resolved after my initial testing here. Sucks that I can't really do anything about the stripped screw hole, but at least the speaker doesn't sound like butt anymore...

I made that cucumber salad recipe you linked to. Was very good. I think next time I'm probably going to blanch the cucumbers and onions before soaking them. Also, I knew better, but I'm going to, unfortunately, have to change to a different type of onion. Red onions give me very bad acid reflux.

Glad you liked it! Interesting that red onion give you the reflux, they're usually pretty mild to me. Though, with the beer I've had this evening, I'm sure to have it myself, so that's unfortunate. Though, I do actually more often use sweet yellow onions than red, but that's just because that's what I tend to have on hand. I actually still haven't even bothered to plant my garden this year, which would include cucumbers, but I just haven't had the motivation; looks like I'll probably be skipping it this year, I guess...

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has issues with Bluetooth controllers. I thought I had solved the issues of having a very weird input delay with it, but turns out I jumped the gun and it's still only getting every other input when I use my controller via Bluetooth. Using my Steam Controller with the USB adapter doesn't have this issue, nor do the controllers I use via Bluetooth if I instead use them with a USB cable, so I don't know.

Would like to bring a wireless controller with me, but the Steam Controller ends-up being a little annoying to use, since it only has the right touchpad rather than a stick. Which means if I want to switch enemies during combat in KCD2, I need to bind another button to the mouse wheel, which doesn't seem to necessarily do what I want it to all the time.
