Wired headphones to wireless

Hello everyone. I decided to share my handwork. I had wired headphones with a volume control, and on a beautiful day the control failed. Without hesitation, it was decided to make fun of them and turn the wired ones into leashes. Since a lot of time has passed since then, I will share my experience of using it.

I’ll say right away that I’m not particularly versed in radio electronics. After reviewing a sufficient number of videos on YouTube, the components were selected (an amplifier with a Bluetooth module, a charge controller and a battery).

This is what the components looked like assembled:

As a result, everything took on a not very beautiful but working appearance:

Now about the user experience. The 720 mAh battery lasted for about 30 hours, and it was charged in about 2-3 hours (there is a light indicator on the charge controller).

BUT. After about a year, it became clear that the battery began to fail. The cause turned out to be swelling. At that moment it was problematic to get a new battery of the same format. After some time I finally found a solution. The battery was replaced with a different format, namely a 16340 format battery with 800 mAh. I shoved it in, even though it wasn’t easy =). And it all looks like this:

Someday in the future I will make it using a 3D printer so that I can change the battery. The time the headphones last is almost the same.

Thank you all for your attention.
