I'm an avid gamer, but I've been trying to think of the first games I remember playing and really loved. I remember sneaking into my cousins dad's study to boot up his mac to play Monkey Island, where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? And Myst (which I wasn't very good at). If you're a gamer, what do you remember playing and why?

Portal 2 - a classic puzzle game that challenges players to solve increasingly complex spatial problems using a device that creates portals.

I have a vague memory of my childhood. I do seem to remember the Gameboy Advance, the Nintendo 64, the original Nintendo, and the PC.

I played Pokemon on GBA, DiddyKong Island on N64, the original Mario on the Nintendo, along with duck shooter and this really cool toad game called Battletoads. I also played these Lego city games and Freddy Fish on PC.

That was basically a conglomerate of my earliest memories. I have no idea which came first.

I remember playing pong on the Atari when I was knee high to a grasshopper. But the first real game I understood and knew how to play was the Legend of Zelda on NES.
