Not so funny is that the top rated review over the Steam sale was some poor schmuck that things Epic's store API is spyware, so he downrated the game. Luckily, he kept comments on, so I was able to figure out what he was talking about.

8 bucks is a great price too, and the way dlc works continues the game so you can hold off to see if you like it. The arena wasn't all that great unless outside of a way to use the joinable npcs together for kicks, but back to the futon is excellent

What baffles me are the posts that talk about how hard easy is, even normal is pretty easy. I played on normal the first play and once you get to chap two there are only a couple battles that needed a restart if things go sideways due to players using bad tactics

But your right about the uniformed folks and Spyware. I guess they forget steam tracks every single thing you do of their app, what you view, how much you play, how you play ect. A game company just wants to track achievements to see how players play(the whole reason why the exist in the first place) and players loose their minds. It's stuff like this that makes me loose all faith in people.

Sorta like complaing that people are being chipped to track them as they rant about it on Facebook using a cell phone

Shockingly I really didn't buy much, but I finished up with State of Decay, and I'm pretty excited by that.

During the sale i got boxes .... its a bit like house of da vinci and rooms.
I also got dungeon af dragon knight , portal 2 , borderlands and the remake of XIII.
All of them were unbelievably cheap ... i saved a small fortune.

I finally got Elden Ring at the last minute. I don't know if I'll have time to play it before the Spring sale or not, but maybe.

I finally got Elden Ring at the last minute. I don't know if I'll have time to play it before the Spring sale or not, but maybe.

I was a long time hater on the souls-like formula. One day decided to do Dark Souls 3 as I hear it was more accessible. Finished it and manage another couple of souls-likes in The Surge 2 and Code Vein. Then I tried Elden Ring at it's the best of them all. I don't know if I'm a converted souls lover, but Elden RIng managed to capture over 400 hours of my time.

No idea if I'm going to like it or not. The exploration and secrets are a draw. The occasional hard fight is fun for me, but I don't like hard punishments for losing. I've got little interest in the multiplayer aspect.
