Question black screen and graphics fans at 100%

hello, lately I'm having this problem that my screen goes black and the fans of my graphics card go to 100%, it happens for no apparent reason, I may not be doing anything or playing something. I already tried to reinstall the gpu drivers and reinstall windows, I can only think that it is a problem with the gpu.
Does anyone know how I can fix it or will I have to change the gpu?

Exact make & model of your Power Supply;
Motherboard;
Case & cooling parts;

Graphics card;
Monitor model & Hz;
Resolution you're running at;
What graphic settings level have you enabled?

these are the specs you said (they are around 3 years old):

PSU: evga 600w 80 plus 100-w1-0600
MotherBoard: ASUS H310M-E R2.0
Case: Aerocool Bolt Tempered Glass (with 4 120mm fans, 3 air in, 1 out)
Graphics card: Zotac Nvidia RTX2060 6gb vram
Monitor: asus vg27vq 165hz
Resolution: 1920x1080
And the graphics settings are in the default by nvidia, only with 60 frames as the limit.

I just want to know what is causing the problem and how to fix it, if something needs to be changed or not

PD: As say this happens randomly, but looks like if a let the pc connect it takes more time to happen than if i Connect it and start it right away, but im not sure about this
