What was the first video game you remember playing?

I vividly remember how I cracked the whole night playing Supper Mario. It was my first time playing it so I had to die a little regarding sleep just to ensure that I fully grasp how to play to win. My sacrifices really paid off. Beating the computer became a normal thing

Mine was an Atari 2600 game too! My dad had one and so my first game was probably Combat on that (the one with the invisible tank mode), or maybe Outlaw.

I'm an avid gamer, but I've been trying to think of the first games I remember playing and really loved. I remember sneaking into my cousins dad's study to boot up his mac to play Monkey Island, where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? And Myst (which I wasn't very good at). If you're a gamer, what do you remember playing and why?

Well I'm a little older than most on this forum. with that said it was Atari's orignal Pong. didn't like it much but as video games evolved I grew loving going to the arcades and playing All the Pac Man and Mario Brothers games but I fell in love with Mortal Combat and Street fighter. Now I'm learning very fast and loving Call of Duty with my granddaughter and grandson. So I'm looking for tips so I can kick their butts
