PC Games Deals & Discounts Thread

This is a thread to post any great deals and discounts on PC games. Games that are temporarily free need to be posted in the Free Time Limited Games thread.

Please try to include important information such as what platform the game is on, when the deal ends, currency, etc.

I want this thread to be a place where we can share deals that we think others may be interested in. We can also recommend games we've played that are on sale. Of course, every day games go on sale, that's why I want to keep it to our own recommendations or discounts that are of particular interest such as being at historical all-time lows.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition (Steam) - $4.79 USD, sale ends October 27th.

According to SteamDB, this is the games lowest ever recorded price.

~100 hours of epic sci-fi RPG for under $5, what a steal!

$4USD for Control, which was released just 5 years ago, is a crazy good deal. This isn't some janky double-A, this is a AAA game that got excellent reviews.

A classic shooter that'd be good for Halloween. No clue how people are beating it in 8 hours but, even if that's true, that's a lot of entertainment for $2USD. (What the frak!? That's supposed to be F.E.A.R.!)

Yet another $2 game. This one goes for really cheap in just about every sale it can justify. But it's an excellent game if you like crazy, over-the-top action. And explosions. LOTS of explosions.

Speaking of over-the-top crazy, Saints Row 3 rules that realm. This is the remastered version, yet it only cost $3. Lots of sexual references, so keep the kids away. Actually, if you're still young enough to have kids in the house, you might still be a tad impressionable to be playing this one. ;)

Yeah, you can get the original classic but... this one looks vastly better and just costs $4. Another good Halloween option.

If you like stealth and action, this one bounces between the two. Only $4. If you would rather have something more linear, Asylum is also $4.

Sniper Elite 5, which released only 3 years ago, is 90% off for €5, until 23 October.

The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series (Steam) - $4.99 USD (sale ends November 3rd)

You can get all of Telltale's Walking Dead games and DLC for a historical low of only $4.99.

Telltale really pushed the needle for point and click/narrative focused games with their WD series. It very much is like playing an interactive TV show, but the story and characters are great. Some seriously emotional moments as well. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great story. A solid 30-40 hours of gameplay across all games.

Nubby's Number Factory (Steam) - $3.49 USD (sale ends October 27th)

A great roguelike pachinko style game with Balatro like progression and upgrades. You shoot a ball to destroy other balls for points and collect coins to use at the upgrade shop to make some seriously game breaking synergies. Has a silly early internet personal website aesthetic that I quite enjoy. Tons of replayability but I only put about 10 hours into it since I got it sometime in March.

The Gunk (Steam) - $1.74 USD or $1.20 bundled with a game called Togges (Sale ends October 24th)

A very solid little third person action game. Great to play with a controller while kicking back in a comfy chair. It's very easy to play which could be a downside to some, but I enjoyed the beautiful world and relaxing pace of it. Definitely worth it for how cheap it is if you're looking for a simple game heavy on exploration. Beat the game in about 6 hours.

Killing Floor 2, the most popular Killing Floor despite having a sequel, is currently on sale for €2,79 until November 3.

Crusader Kings 3, the #5 game in PCGamer's top 100 of 2025, is on sale for €14,99 until November 6.

I really enjoyed the vanilla game, IMO one of these games where the DLC isnt actually necessary for it to be a good game.

This is one of those games where I'm interested in checking it out but the amount of DLC puts me off. Having a Starter Pack bundle with multiple DLC also doesn't help, makes me think I need all of that to play the game. Thanks for clearing that up!

Valheim, the early access game that was #10 on the PCGamer's top 100 in 2021, is €9,99 until November 4.
#10 on the top 100, currently not on the top 100 at all, and STILL not out of "early access." Sign of the times.

The System Shock remake is 65% off, and would work well on Halloween for sure

I sometimes have had the same worries about games like this so thought Id put it out there.

I originally played 50 or so hours of it on Gamepass, then bought it and played more. I do own several of the DLCs now and theyre fun, but there was definitely enough for me to play 100 hours or so just of the base game, certainly more if their werent ever any more content added.

Im pretty sure they patch and add small things to the base game for free along with DLCs.

Sons of the Forest - $9.59 USD (Steam) - Sale ends November 3rd

Sequel to one of the first Early Access games on Steam. Survival horror with crafting and base building elements. One of the better titles in the genre, had some fun with it solo but definitely meant to be a co-op experience.

Observer: System Redux - $7.49 USD (Steam) - Sale ends November 3rd

Enhanced edition of 2017's Observer. First person cyberpunk mystery/thriller game. You play as an Observer, investigating crimes and mysteries by analyzing peoples dreams and memories after their death. The main character is voiced by the late great Rutger Hauer.

Owlboy - $3.99 USD (Steam) - Sale ends November 3

A very solid 2D platformer with beautiful pixel art, great music and an emotional storyline. I remember liking a lot about this game but the combat wasn't very great, about halfway through I ended up giving it up. However if you're someone who likes difficult platforming metroidvania games, check this one out.

Nice price! This game has been on my wish list for a long time. These big games are taking up all my time, though.

This game has been on my wishlist for years and I finally decided to buy it. It's by the maker of Gunpoint and Tactical Breach Wizards and is 80% off, for €2,59.

Lonely Mountains: Game Bundle - $21.36 USD (Steam) - Sale ends November 11th

A bundle of two great sports games, Lonely Mountains: Downhill and Snow Riders. The main idea between both is to ride from the top of the mountain to the bottom while avoiding obstacles and making stunt jumps with a mostly fixed camera angle. These games have impeccably tight controls that take a while to get used to but once you do, it's so much fun. I personally like Snow Riders more, but both are great.

Wreckfest - $9.89 USD (Steam) - Sale ends November 10th

The best Flatout clone game you can play today, this is a demolition derby game with a great physics engine. Historical all time low just under $10, great deal if you ask me.
