Question Is this pc good for gaming and programming ?

I have been thinking about getting a new pc because i never had a good one that worked in high graphics , so I always played on low and very bad resolution and about programming it overheat and it work slow.
I have been looking for some gaming PCs and I need help if this one is good for both and not expensive. (779$)
