Have you tried resetting it?

From what video says, that should reset it to factory settings. It may not help as his list of things it fixes are mainly connecting to other devices

its possible its malfunctioning, have you tried it on more than one PC?

Can it worked plugged in instead of wireless? Do you have another keyboard you can try on your computer?

In the early years of the Internet, viruses were more or less practical jokes, and this is the sort of thing they might have done. It would make sense to check your system for viruses/malware.

Other than these suggestions, it sounds to me like you just need a new keyboard. Under no circumstances should hitting the caps lock key cause the screen to zoom.

icue lets you reassign keys, so it could be a bug. That would be the one circumstance it can happen 🙂
Hi guys thanks for all the help,i did try all of that. But i have figured it out.I bought this keyboard second hand,So i decided to take out the key pod thing and it turns out someone must have taken it out before for some reason and there is a hot and ground pole on the bottom which one of them was bent back.So i straightened it out that was the problem,it works correctly now.I guess it was shorting out or somthing kinda acting like the tab key etc.But it seems all good now.thanks for all the help though much appreciated...

keyboard is one thing I wouldn't buy 2nd hand... you have no idea why they replaced it... potentially for the reason it stopped working for you before you repaired it.

Much prefer to buy new. Might cost more but at least in most cases you are the first user.
