Help with keyboard

I looking for some help with a corsair k70 pro mini wireless.Everytime i hit the cap key it activates zoom,or when on game it will minimize it to the bottom.This things driving me crazy tried everything been searching online for solutions and tried all different things.Tried downloading the icue software and dont see any way yo turn off this action.If anyone has any ideas please help b4 i break this thing in half.lol

Have you tried resetting it?

From what video says, that should reset it to factory settings. It may not help as his list of things it fixes are mainly connecting to other devices

its possible its malfunctioning, have you tried it on more than one PC?

Can it worked plugged in instead of wireless? Do you have another keyboard you can try on your computer?

In the early years of the Internet, viruses were more or less practical jokes, and this is the sort of thing they might have done. It would make sense to check your system for viruses/malware.

Other than these suggestions, it sounds to me like you just need a new keyboard. Under no circumstances should hitting the caps lock key cause the screen to zoom.

icue lets you reassign keys, so it could be a bug. That would be the one circumstance it can happen

I didn't mean "no situation imaginable". He didn't mention any key-mapping software, so I assume there is none, so there is no circumstance for his system where that should be happening.
