Question EasyAntiCheat ''CreateFile failed with 32''

For some reason I've gotten this error, when I try to start a game that runs with EAC, it says ''Error Code: 30005 (CreateFile failed with 32.) A temporary fix is to restart my PC but I have to do this everytime when I want to load up a game. And according to Steam, when I exit a game, Steam says that the game is still running when it's not. I have to reboot my PC for that to be fixed too.

I've tried to: repair EAC, uninstall EAC, remove the EAC.sys file, nothing has worked. I don't really know what else to do. I'm on Windows 10.
