Question Hearts of iron 4 failed to load map

I threw the folders of the millennium dawn modern day mod to the place where the game is installed. When I start the game, it gives a failed to load map error. how can I fix it?

Couple of notes from its Workshop page:

"Do not use other mods or submods with this mod unless the author of the submod has specifically stated that their submod works with Millennium Dawn."

"Due to the size and scope of this mod, Millennium Dawn. has higher system specs than vanilla."

Are you ok with those?

Are you sure you put them in the right sub-folders? Often that's a \Mods folder, eg:
G:\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization IV Beyond the Sword\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Better BAT AI
