Question GTA V crashes to me every time -/-

Please help me, I'm losing it
every time play GTA V on steam (for 30-45 minutes) the game crashes to me..
Does anyone know how to fix it?


I have a brand new computer with AMD Ryzen 7 3700X and an RTX2070 Super graphic card,
I've installed Geforce experience and a driver for the motherboard but it still crashes..

The first time the game crashed for me my computer had an automatic restart with the message "it seems like your computer ran into a problem",
after that my game was just throwing me back to the desktop
and then I started to get the message 'Game memory error. Please reboot and restart the game'

Try updating your graphic card drivers to the latest version. Do this for DirectX too.

If you have any mods or addons installed, disable/remove them and see if that fixes the issue.

Did you assemble that PC yourself? Try resitting the RAM and make sure all cables are connected and not loose.

if you oc'd the 2070 could be an issue with the oc. on my 2060 warzone crashed and had shader issues but i just turned off my memory oc and it fixed it all. try running the geforce experience 'optimized' settings, if not make sure in GTAV your vram isn't being exceeded (which it shouldn't be).

This seems more like a heat issue, so if it is OC’d like Carson has said, run it stock and see. how warm is your environment?
