Question CPU MOS CHIPSET SYSTEM temperature source

hi. i have gaming pc with MSI B450 TOMAHAWK motherboard and i want to configure my fans.
i have three 120mm inlet fans in the front
one wather cooler MSI S360 (outside flow)
one 120mm fan in the forward (outside flow)
one 120 mm under de GPU (inlet air flow)

in the bios i have 4 options for each fan (source temperature--> CPU MOS SYSTEM and CHIPSET).
what's is the meaning for each option and whats is the best source for each fan?
