My personal PC is a variant of this with a Z390 ASRock Phantom Gaming MB (no longer available apparently), an EVGA 2070 Super (I paid $500 a while back not $1200 like the site is claiming otherwise I would have used it here instead), and a bigger EVGA 650W PSU. This a "lighter" and cheaper tight ITX build that should still be overclockable (I have it 4.26GHz all core but should be able to push 4.5GHz with tweaks I think. It is boosted 4.57GHz on average all day during work-related non-gaming use so who knows LoL) thanks to the insanely good thermals the ITX case has with the negative "pressure" cooling it uses. The only concern is with the Shuriken 3 cooler as I know it worked without contacting the ASRock's VRM heat sink in my personal build but I don't have a way of verifying the clearance with the Aorus board. If it's good then just replace the stock Shuriken 3 fan with the larger Corsair 120LL (Black was cheaper than white but for better looks, you can get the white one. Noctua has a better fan for similar price but more RGB means more speed right?) I also included in the price and move the 2 slim stock case fans to the GPU side intakes for maximum performance. Otherwise, grab a Noctua or other 120 capable 95W TDP low clearance cooler instead of the Shuriken. For added thermal control, you can buy the Corsair Cmd Pro fan controller to better manage the fan speeds and RGB if you want.
