Question 4080 bottleneck on MW2?

Hi, my previous post was about bottleneck 11900K and 4080. While playing COD MW2, my GPU utilization is around 75-90%, and CPU utilization is around 40%. In-game settings are set to extreme with a resolution of 2560x1440 and fidelity cast. My FPS ranges from 120 to 150. Does this indicate a CPU bottleneck? I also tried DSR at 3840x2160, and at native 4K, the GPU runs at 99%, but when I enable DLSS balanced at 4K, GPU utilization drops to around 80% and FPS are the same 130-150. It seems you are a little bit CPU limited at 1440p, whereas at 4k the limit shifts to your GPU.

I think we said in your other thread the question is not where the bottleneck is, it's whether the performance you are getting is enough for you.
