It's been some time, but I recall my favorite BG character being Minsc. And who doesn't love his furry companion Boo!

Edwin Odesseiron, without a doubt. He's pretty much the template Bioware built all their sardonic, snarky villains-in-the-heroes-party characters, and with good reason!

The incident with him and the belt- along with the repeat of it after his not so grand encounter with Elminster- remain in mind to this day, as does his threatening to feed Khalid his boot in BG 1.

I haven't played any of those games, but I was recently advised to try Balduars Gate I & II. So I'm guessing if it's anyone, I'm sure it'll be from that series.

Who else but Boo? No one goes for the eyes quite like the inimitable Boo. The race of Giant Space Hamsters (whether miniature or reglular giant) must be given its due!
(Also even though I never warmed up to Minsc in my party - he seems weirdly balanced at least in BG1 - I always put him in. For Boo!)
