Question Which is the better CPU+GPU combo

Hi all
Im building my first PC, ive a choice to make. i can have one of two cpu/gpu combos but not sure which is the better option.
Do i go for a Ryzen 7 7700 with a RX6700XT or do i go with the Ryzen 5 7600x with the RX6750XT or i guess the ryzen 5 again with the 6700 is also an option.

The Ryzen 7 will make more of a difference than the Ryzen 5 than those two gpu's.
