Question what kind of memory do i need,its a asus tuf A15 gaming laptop

hi everyone, ive been wondering this for ages but didnt want to ask as it sounds so stupid.
so i have a asus tuf A15 gaming laptop, its got 8GB of RAM in it, i want to have it running 32GB of RAM ideally,im absolutey useless at doing that so i need to pay a profesional to do it for me LOL but im wondering what memory i need to buy, and also i want to get decent spec gaming memory-what choices do i have,given this is an entry level gaming laptop?
