Streaming ps4 to pc/OBS

Hello,

I'm starting to get into content creating and I'm trying to find out recommended specs for a pc so my viewers can have a pleasant viewing experience. I'll be streaming Warzone from a console and I'm routing everything to my PC via a video capture card and streaming to Facebook. My theory is that I don't need to purchase any special type of pre built gaming pc with the latest graphic card /insane specs because I'm not playing the game on the pc I'm just using it to run OBS. However I know a cheap $150.00 single core processer from from Walmart wont work. I'm needing recommendations on what type of specs in a PC I need to have a nice uninterrupted stream with my current setup without just going out and buying a $600.00-$1000.00 gaming pc that I will never use to game on. I will be running plug-ins with OBS and music playing during my stream and may have a tab of my stream playing so I can monitor my stream. Please help me by recommending devices that will work flawlessly but wont cause me to overspend and end up with way more then I need.

Thanks so much! Just out of curiosity why do I need a msi graphics card and I’m not playing the game on this pc? Wouldn’t my my capture and ps4 be doing most of the work? This pc will ONLY be used to run obs and stream to FB… I into Church media and so many ministries use and have success stream obs using something as simple as a Mac mini pushing out to multiple platforms. What am I doing so differently that’s would cause me to need to build or buy a 800.00 PC

You need a graphics card if you plan on streaming. The 1660 meets the min. requirements.
