Question Power A Xbox One Controller Issue

I am on Windows 10 and I am using a Power A XBox One wired controller. When playing games the controller works great. But I switched from the Windows XBox 360 drivers to the XBox One drivers because I Kept getting a Visual C++ error with the XBOX 360 drivers. But now I am having a new issue. Everytime I restart my PC the vibrator motor starts when my desktop loads. Is their a way to stop the the motor in my controller from starting whenever I restart my PC and my desktop loads? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have front USB ports on your PC? If so, I would use those and just unplug the controller before turning it on.

I did a Google search and it seems common, the advice given was as above.
