Question PC crashing

Hi i bought a cyberpower pc last year in may, in December time i kept on getting crashes when playing game like csgo up on till then it has kept on crashing regularly. My pc is under my desk but has got a board underneath it but there is not a big gap between my desk and pc. Can someone help me?

Are you monitoring your GPU and CPU temperatures at all while gaming? Have you opened up the case and checked how dusty it is in there?

Be a bit patient the members here are doing this in our spare time. Alternatively you could join over at Toms Hardware where there's more traffic for technical issues.

Im not monitoring my gpu or cpu temps? I dont have compressed air so i cant at the moment? Do you think that is the issue

If you're saying you have the system in a closed cubby hole then that's a red flag for starters. PC's need to breathe.

If the exhausted hot air is being recycled because of that, and your intakes and CPU/GPU fan are gummed up too then that would be bad. PC's near the floor or carpet tend to get full of dust quite fast.

Check for dust, monitor temperatures on the desktop using software like GPUZ and Realtemp which are free, there are a lot of different options but that's what I use. If its getting hot at idle on the desktop its getting very hot while running games.

At least you don't have their standard PSU

try using HWINFO to monitor temps

I did this to track mine on taskbar
