First PC build for high end gaming

Hello everyone this is my First PC Build and would love to know if I should get a better motherboard or change anything that wouldn’t work. I want the build for hardcore gaming, ray tracing, and beautiful graphics. And I would like a monitor recommendation for at least 2k resolution,high fps 240+, and 0.03 low latency. AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D if your primary use will be gaming. I'd look for a psu with legit reviews and a case with better airflow than that fishtank case in your build. Replace the 140mm exhaust fan that's included with this case with the 140mm ARGB fan down below for the full effect.
