NEW PC help needed

Dear gamers,

I'm currently using msi gs65 stealth thin 8re laptop, but would like to upgrade to a gaming pc. I'm living in Lithuania and we don't have that many pre built gaming pc options. Games I want to play at stable high fps (preferably at 4k?) : CoD battle royale, apex, upcoming Diablo 4, RDR2. My budget is +/- 2000 eur. I guess I could also order a pc from Germany/ USA, if there's possibility of shipping to Lithuania.

Which of these would run best? HP omen looks sweet, however I saw some video reviews that it is severly underclocking.
Furthermore, I would like a pre built PC that I could upgrade and change parts easily?

[Why_Me]

The most promising prebuilt in those links is the 5700X + RTX 3080 but the MSI case it comes with is cheap junk with zero airflow. Some of those prebuilts in your links don't post the psu, board, RAM speed and / or they come with a mechanical drive. Most all prebuilts cut corners in order to cut cost.

I put together a build for you down below that will allow you to kill it at 1440P with the games you play such as CoD, Apex, etc ... You want a 1440P IPS G-Sync compatible monitor with a high refresh rate such as that Asus monitor I posted below (170Hz). You might be able to find that monitor for cheaper on other Latvian sites. The motherboard in this build comes with Gigabyte Q-Flash Plus which enables you to flash the bios for that cpu without having to install the cpu, RAM, etc ...
