Question my pc crashes

my pc keeps crashing randomly for no reason,im getting black screen but my pc is still working and i hear that its working at full power when im getting black screen(im on discord for example and i can still here my friends),i checked my tempertures and are fine,also its clean inside the box. do you have any idea? (btw is crashing randomly for example in games,when im in a web site or even im not doing anything)

Not clear what that means. It sounds like your PC doesn't in fact crash, but your monitor goes blank. Or maybe your PC is freezing, ie won't take input from KB or mouse. Please clarify so we can help.

Do you have a separate graphics card? If yes, what make/model?
What size SSD/HD have you and how much free space on the system drive?
What wattage PSU?
What monitor, especially resolution & refresh figs?
