help CPU LED aorus b550 r7 3700x :(

hi everyone,
i have a Gigabyte B550 Aorus pro AC rev1, ryzen 7 3700x 2x8gb HP v6 ram with an asus radeon RX580 vga
i got a new case "antec N410+ antec atom 650w bronze PSU" so i moved my mobo to the new case and tried to boot, cpu led is red and no post
i removed everything, tried to boot with cpu only no luck
cleared cmos, no luck
used Qflash to the latest stable build and went successful trid to boot with cpu only again no luck 🙁
any help or ideas ?

the cpu fan light up and runs, but i tried also changing the PSU same 🙁
