Question HELP! New build, CPU led lit on motherboard, no post, no display

Hello, I need help.
I recently bought some new parts for my PC because my old stuff (mobo and cpu) were dying, the new parts are:
1. Intel i5 10600KF 10th gen
2. Corsair H100i RGB Cpu Cooler
3. Asus ROG Strix B460-H Gaming Motherboard
4. PSU Corsair RM650

I combined with some old stuff of mine:
- Galax GTX 1660 6gb DDR5
- RAM Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 2x8
- SSD Adata M2 500gb
- Seagate Barracude 2TB SATA3
- NZXT Phantom 530 case

However, after I installed everything and pressed the power button, it won't boot/load. No display on my monitor, all fans are spinning, GPU fans work normally (spins and then stopped, but I figured that it will only spin again under heavy load), no beep. I noticed that the CPU led on the board was lit red.

What I have done:
- tried the cpu (without cooler), gpu, and ram on another board = working like a charm, get past bios, no issue.
- tried on the new board (without cooler) = still not working, cpu lit red on motherboard.
- tried one stick of RAM, tries different slot, still the same.

As you can see, on the new board it there is no screen at all and red light from CPU on motherboard, the orange was RAM but only blinking

Late to the party but it does sound like your motherboard was DOA in this case. Being as you've proved everything else works on the other board I think you knew that already. Hope you get a replacement quickly and easily.
