Question Help Needed - Budget Gaming PC Build: Boot Issue with Ryzen 5 5500 and B550 Motherboard

Purchase Date:
- Some components purchased last week.

Use Case:
- Primarily for gaming.

Components to Upgrade:
- New motherboard, CPU, and RAM.

Operating System:
- Windows 10 (pre-installed on SSD before changing motherboard and CPU)


Problem Description:
- Boot issue: LEDs sequence through CPU to DRAM to VGA, then get stuck on BOOT. No signal to the monitor, no display output. Doesn't even show BIOS screen.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Reset CMOS.
- Updated BIOS to the latest version.
- Checked and rechecked all cables.
- Verified compatibility between motherboard, CPU, and RAM.

Additional Notes:
- New parts still within the return policy window.

Request for Help:
- Seeking assistance to resolve the boot issue without exceeding the $500 budget.
- Open to advice on returning specific components or exploring potential solutions within the budget constraints.

Have you installed windows at all?

have you neglected to include a ssd? there isn't one listed. its not going to boot without one.
Thank you. My apologies. I've just updated the post to include this information. SSD is re-used and Windows 10 was installed before motherboard, CPU, and RAM were upgraded. I'm not even getting a BIOS screen show up yet.
