Help Building PC

I'm trying to help my friend out. He built his first pc and it's not posting. He gets a yellow and red light for his ram and cpu. He tried to flash the bios. He believes the update went through since the system restarted after the light stopped blinking. He's repeated his ram and cpu. Nothing has worked, any suggestions?



(The monitor is on btw if anyone ask’s, it's on detect mode so it will turn on if it gets a connection. *seen as the light is red*)

Appreciate anyone that thinks they could help shed some light on the matter. It’s regarding a build for a buddy in the U.S. he’s currently asleep but i said I’d try find some possible solutions / advice for when he wakes up.

So any advice is welcome. Much appreciated.
