I currently have 2 external hard drives attached to my old setup both are pretty full, could I transfer both of these incl the C Drive to a new PC and is it true that you cannot transfer any programs, games incl passwords or log ons, if so I really don't think I want to do it as it would be such a pain having to re-download everything again and then attempting to log in to all the websites.

I can't see any problem with using the two external hard drives. You shouldn't have any problems with programs. If you are using Steam then use the cloud option to transfer you game saves and access the games on your hard drives via Steam.
Passwords and log ins shouldn't be a problem as it's the same websites.
I'm not sure about the C drive, probably need more info> differences between old and new systems, etc.
