HELP!!! My windows 10 PC has been having issues saying bad image error or Application error i don’t know what’s been causing it but i’m assuming it because my pc is old and won’t update to the last version of windows 10. But i have been trying to fully reset my pc to see if that would work but every time i try to do it factor Reset it just leads me to this Blue screen and not showing the troubleshoot option or any options for that matter. I’m not sure what’s wrong so please help i don’t care if i lose my files i just want my PC to work again. I am running hard drivers (yes i know SSD would be better but i’ll figure that out later) so idk if that’ll be an issue but PLEASE anyone help i’ve looked everywhere and if tried sfc scannow it doesn’t work and neither does DISM online cleanup-image restorehealth everything is inaccessible.
