Hi guys. Here is where I am at in regards to AGESA: I contacted both XoticPC, and Eluktronics. XoticPC said that Eluktronics provides BIOS updates directly through them, but they only email files to you. They sent me their most recent BIOS and EC files, but when I use both CPUID CPU-Z and HWiNFO64, both have no mention of any AGESA installed. As far as I know, the Dragon Age Veilguard AGESA requirement is if you are running Windows 11, and have an AMD CPU. I could possibly go back to Windows 10, but won't I keep getting nagged by computer to upgrade to Windows 11? I can't really just go out and buy a new gaming laptop right now. Any thoughts and help appreciated :)

reads a thread... you not AM5 as they new CPU now. Only released in recent months.

What is the BIOS date of the file they sent and you installed?
being psychic I know its
I went into BIOS again, Build Date is 2/23/2023.
As stated in the Steam thread, you should have a new enough version now to have the AGESA you need
if that isn't you its an amazing coincidence.

fights urge to correct the last guy about AMD Bios updates. You don't have to update just cause there are 8 BIOS updates, you only update if you have to. Also he doesn't know that many new ones have BIOS Flashback and can have BIOS installed with nothing apart from CPU and PSU attached. Its pretty easy to recover from a bad flash now. Keep buying Intel CPU that explode...

Yeah, 2/23/2023 is the BIOS Build date. I should be good to go then, even though AGESA is not mentioned in either CPUID CPU-Z and HWiNFO64?

I can't find another way to show what the AGESA version is, hwinfo and cpuZ only show bios version.
AMD changed the way how the AGESA version is embedded in the BIOS so it's no longer possible to read this.
We have communicated this issue with them long ago and they promised a fix, but that didn't happen yet.
that explains that.

Now its possible it shows it in the info section of the BIOS. But it might not.

You should be fine as it shouldn't take the motherboard maker a year to update the versions. Most try to keep on top of it.

Hey guys. Eluktronics emailed me back, said that my current AGESA is cezanne pi 1.0.0.b, and that is the latest Bios/Ec for my laptop. Should I still be worried or concerned? Thoughts and help appreciated :)
