So I put the card in and it is up and running. Plays new vags at a cool 15% GPU usage. I was wondering about my power supply says it’s only 240 watts as opposed to 300 recommended but it doesn’t seam to bother it

The recommended PSUs stated for graphics cards are always overestimates. What matters is whether the PSU can deliver the right power for your system (total wattage, Amps on the different rails, etc), which it seems to in your case.

Try running some benchmarks and stress tests e.g. the free (demo) version of Timespy you can get on steam.

Very glad to hear it's all working well!

I will try the stress test. I was looking there are some tfx power supplies that might be adapted to fit. If I were a madman I could just take a standar psu and built a bracket to mount it outside the case lol

You'd also need to factor in the motherboard's proprietary connector(s).

There are adapters but I'm not sure what those 'gloss over' in order to turn 24 pin into 14.

I think it's the M93P that has the 14 pin power connector on the mobo, anyway.
