Why is my DS4 controller keeping my PC awake?

Hello,

When my DS4 controller is plugged in, my PC won't go automatically to sleep after some time.
I've had this issue for a very long time and I still haven't found a solution. I'm hoping someone here might have an idea of what I could try .

Hey I have this issue too except I use a command to turn off my monitors. There have been a couple of times that my monitors stay asleep while my controller is plugged in but I don't know why that happened.

Best easy thing to do is to unplug the controller when you are done using it but its not convenient and gets annoying.

But, you can try changing some settings. Here is an article that may help you. I have not tried it just yet but its a sensible thing to try. Just be sure to make a restore point before doing in case anything goes wrong.
