There are limitations on new accounts because we get a lot of spam attempts. Stick around and post, if youre genuinely interested in games and this community you will be able to share links and your commentary on them later on. Not shortened monetized ones though, ever.

I think you are missing the point of the limitations on new accounts. At NO time is spamming allowed, even if you meet the other requirements to move beyond those limitations.
If a member posts spam/self promotion/advertising, they will be banned.
