Title doesn't match post. I could go out and find a bunch of "coming soon" RTS games, but I have a feeling this thread is going to be nuked.
Many people consider “StarCraft II” and “Age of Empires II” to be such games.
“StarCraft II” stands out because of its intense and balanced mechanics, where quick decision making and micro control of units is important. Each race has unique characteristics and strategies, making the game deep and competitive.
“Age of Empires II” is considered a classic of the RTS genre due to the combination of historical themes, diversity of nations and deep economy. Here it is important to properly allocate resources, develop your army and strategically think about attacks.
Both games are popular for their game balance, tactical depth and high demands on strategy and management.
