A good price, to me, and this is going to be in USD would be around 1000 or less, but youll be hard up to find a new 3090 anywhere close to that price. Its crazy that a lot of 3090s are being sold for more than the 4090 still, or even hundreds of dollars more than a 4080 which performs better.
If you have the money to get a 3090, i would just opt for a 4xxx series at this point. 3090s are still too expensive.

Definitely. The $800 4070 Ti is pretty much on par with a 3090.
