Yeah, most games I play are going to be older. I rarely buy a game when it's new. I usually wait for the price to come down.

However, I've been playing some reasonably newer games since I got Game Pass. But only what's on there.

What, on Game Pass? Right now I'm playing Psychonauts 2, Halo Infinite campaign, and No Man's Sky. They're all great. I played and finished A Plague Tale: Innocence, which was a very good game. The sequel will be on Game Pass on day one, too.

huh, a plague tale seems like a good game...

In your opinion, what's a better aspect of the game, the storytelling or the actual gameplay mechanics?

Man, I love it all. The storytelling is beautiful. But the gameplay is really fun, too. You have to go into it knowing that it's about as opposite as you can get of open world and sandbox. It's very linear, and you're restricted a lot in what you can do. But even so, it's a lot of fun. It might be in my top 10 games.
