OUCH!! No falling! Falling is bad, m'kay!?

30 years or so ago I used to believe that sitting on ground was safe as you can't fall off it, but if you tall and fall to the ground just from your own height you can do enough damage. It too me that long to learn. Shame I can't stay close to ground yet, they won't let me use a mobility scooter lol (notices some of them are stupidly expensive)

I don't fall over much, last accident I had was 20 years ago, so I guess I was due. I couldn't recall ever having X rays before today. Maybe long ago...
