The shadow copies of volume C: were aborted because the shadow copy storage could not grow due to a user imposed limit. What can I do to avoid this error? Or is there any way to resolve this?

volume shadow copy = system restore
did you limit the amount of space it can use?
you can increase space by searching for "system restore" and pick "create a restore point"
in next window, highlight C drive and click configure. drag the max usage bar to let it use more space.
alternate is just delete old ones.

No, it's completely safe.

As Colif suggested, delete old restore points. You don't need more than 2-3 at the most.
