I'm so tired of this BS.. why all games these days must have some issues.
My Laptop with RTX 3070 (140watt) and Ryzen 7 5800h and 32Gb ram, isn't the most powerful, but after 1.0.2 update in this game, at medium settings, and 60fps Dynamic Resolution, I can get close to 60fps, but due to G-Sync introducing massive Stuttering without I can't play this game at variable 55-60fps constantly, so I rather set Optimised settings (High-mid-low) higher DLSS preset, and lock FPS at 40, as I have 165hz with G-Sync display.
Although, in this game (other works perfectly), no matter what settings in NVCP, in game or RTSS frame limiting or not, G-Sync introducing very annoying Stuttering without even frame drops.
I have flat 40fps, and it would work like a charm on this display with G-Sync, if not that massive "jump" in movement every few milliseconds. If I will disable G-Sync (I have to reinstall shaders as they breaking up every time I doing that), then 40fps has this strange micro-stuttering, but is more pleasant then this massive Stuttering with G-Sync enabled. But then every time when DSR will drop a frame or two for a second, it causing stutters any way..
So despite fact this game is still far form perfect after new patch, it would be more playable if not broken G-Sync.. and it's not the update itself cuz it was the same before. I'm still using 566.36 drivers (as with 572.83 is even worse due to issues with lower GPU performance), but G-Sync is the same broken on each drivers, so it most likely the game.
Also later in this video, I enabled Frame Gen, and it's not ideal using in with 40fps locked due to UI 20fps refresh rate, but after few milliseconds, this weird Stuttering is gone completely. I hate FG artifacts, and due to broken G-Sync I can't even use it with unlocked FPS.
I really don't know what to do after testing every settings possible..
P.S recorded with Phone, because G-Sync doesn't work when recording a screen for some reason so there was no Stuttering.
