Software topics go in Hardware forum

We've decided the Hardware forum is the best place for the occasional software topics we get—folks in that forum are likely to be more knowledgeable about software, especially Windows, than people in our other forums.

If you're likely to have several or niche or difficult software questions, then I recommend visiting our sister site Windows Central.

It gets to point you see xenforo you almost guaranteed to be on a Future site (xenforo is forum software). There are a few places they don't own.

RPGWatch switched to xenforo just a few months ago! It's been interesting to see what features show up there vs. here. They've got a feature turned on that lets you put inline images into your post that's nice on rare occasions, for instance.
