Recommended strategy game during a day long flight

I have these 3 strategy games in my steam library Tropico 6, Cities Skylines, Kerbal Space Program. I love strategy games but it takes time to learn a new one. I was wondering if there is a comprehensive guide to any one of the above games preferably in pdf format that I could learn from while playing the game. Note I will have no internet access so the guide will be only thing I will have.

For that kind of thing, I would go to GameFaqs.com. That's a pretty ancient site and many of the guides are in straight-up text or an HTML format that can be easily saved to your own PC and viewed offline. Unfortunately, I don't see any guides there for those three games.
