Hello!

TL;DR - This is my first gamer PC and I picked the wrong memory, A LOT of app crashes, computer is impossible to use.

The memory manufacturer says the memory is incompatible with the motherboard. I found the Memory QVL from ASRock website (https://pg.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z690 Phantom Gaming 4D5/index.asp#Memory) and I don't know which one is a good option.

I've been reading some bad reviews related to ddr5 5200 MHz.

Furthermore, I live in Brazil, so I have limited options in the market :(

Please help me to pick a decent memory kit :)Here is what I can get:

don't buy or sell anything just yet.

1. what vccsa (system agent) voltage is hwinfo64 reporting ?
2. did you try running the memory at 6000/6200/6400 ?
2. get a better cpu cooler, like now.
hey! :)

Right now im running single channel, it is more stable...

yeah I tried at 6000/5800/5600, the crashes still happens

hmm the last BIOS update fixed cpu overheat, i've been runnig prime95, gpu benchmark for hours, and even cyberpunk on ultra for 1 hour (max gameplay achieved wee) and the max temp was 85c. Why do I need to get a better cooler?

memory controller voltage is on the cpu, not ram. find vccsa (system agent)

probably not at advertised all core frequency. now way a 92mm cooler can cool down a 13900k. your imc overheating might be the reason for crashes as well.

I havent found vccsa but I managed to print all the infos here:
edit: system agent is my guess but it is reporting 0v

I will try to understand what you say here but looks like you know what you are talking about :D

I've done some researches and found that this is a good air cooling option for 13900k, anyway I will take a look again...
