Problem with new pc's mic sound

Hello all,
I built new pc some time ago, and it works fine , but i have problem with microphone. So the problem is that when i plug USB mic i catches like static or buzzing sound, but when i touch mic's cable with hand the sound decreases. Is it usb problem (tried all usb on the back and in front) or ground issues? or maybe power supple? i will put link where i recorded that sound on youtube:

Interesting. I'm hearing a kind of ticking sound, rather than the mains hum I would usually expect. Do you have another mic you can try on this computer? Does it make this sound with all mics or just this one? If you plug this mic into another computer does it have the same issue?
