I just got the game 3 out of 10 free from Epic. When I launch it I only hear a little bit of music. Black screen and the mouse cursor. Please help! Windows 10 ( Thank you for moving to appropriate forum )

We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. What is the full spec of your PC?
If you don't know, download the free version of Speccy and post a screenshot (you can upload screenshots to a site like Imgur and link them here)
What monitor are you using?
Do other games work normally?
Some games can require you have have certain Windows feature packs as per:

In the case of Gwent I installed the following (for my version of Windows 10)
And it then worked. It may well not be the case for you, but it should be a benign thing to try - as long as you have the relevant version of Windows.

Most games play just fine. I have had this happen before with another Epic game that was free. I didn't bother seeking help that time. I am using a Philips Roku Television as a monitor. ( Maybe this is the problem? )
