I just got the game 3 out of 10 free from Epic. When I launch it I only hear a little bit of music. Black screen and the mouse cursor. Please help! Windows 10 ( Thank you for moving to appropriate forum )

In the case of Gwent I installed the following (for my version of Windows 10)
Most games play just fine. I have had this happen before with another Epic game that was free. I didn't bother seeking help that time. I am using a Philips Roku Television as a monitor. ( Maybe this is the problem? )
