Pixels on screen and laggy pc?

Greetings,

I'm currently encountering some issues with my computer. It frequently experiences lag, and I've noticed pixels flashing on the screen. On one occasion, my apps and desktop became unresponsive, although the mouse remained functional. Additionally, I heard a beeping emanating from the computer, but only once, never again.
I'm uncertain about to why the cause is of these problems. Here are the specs:

• CPU: Intel Core i7-12700K, 5.0GHz
• Motherboard: EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB FTW3 ULTRA LHR
• GPU: ASUS PRIME Z690-P DDR4
• CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12A chromax.black CPU tower fan
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL, 2x16GB, 3600MHz, Black
• Storage: Samsung 980 NVMe 1TB M.2 SSD
• Additional Storage: 1TB SATA hard drive
• PSU: Corsair RM850X 2021, 850W, 80+ Gold

Perhaps this could be overheating of the PC, better check the temperature in all places and check if your coolers are working normally. Another option is a problem with the graphics processor, check if it is working correctly, it may be worth updating it or installing other drivers. Very often, due to driver conflicts, there are a bunch of different problems.
