Question Performance monitoring windows app

Anyone know the super basic performance monitoring app that all the streamers and gamers are using? It's super basic, shows fps, packet loss, latency etc and sits in the top far left side of the screen. Profile pic is a part of it. Can't find it anywhere on Google. Thanks

Packet loss and latency says some sort of MMO or online shooter to me. Maybe the game itself is able to display that kind of thing?
