Question Power usage spikes on cpu

Cpu spiking on normal usage, while opening the browser or downloading games from steam it goes to 75-80W with tdp being 65W, while playing games is even worse, the biggest spike i saw was 120W and a lot of 95W too.
Already restored bios config to default settings and it did nothing

Hi.

The manufacturer listed TDP is unrelated to the amount of power the CPU uses. Its meant to be used as a reference for how much cooling you need.

I havent owned an Intel part newer than a 7700K, but to me this seems like its probably pretty normal behaviour.

For reference from the TPU review, that CPU is using 50 to 60 watts idle on desktop.
